We are currently expanding our energy sector team and looking to recruit for a Project Leader within our developing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) team. As a Project Leader you will lead the design phase of projects in a fast-moving sector which is rapidly expanding as part of our national transition to a Net Zero energy system.

Leading the design phase of the project from the initial outline to detailed design, through construction, commissioning, and handover
Coordinating the project team including HV electrical, LV electrical, protection, control, civil and geotechnical, BIM modelers and technical specialists and ensure designs are completed on programme, within budget, and to the quality defined by the contract and industry specifications
Undertaking design within your own discipline
Mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues where appropriate
Building positive relationships with the clients' project, operational and technical assurance teams and promote a "one-team" approach
