One of these groups is the ‘Advancing LGBTQ+ Network’. The network's vision is to ensure that diversity and inclusion are celebrated and LGBTQ+ people are supported to flourish and live healthy and fulfilling lives. The network's objectives include engaging all colleagues in LGBTQ+ inclusion, supporting the mental health and well-being of our LGBTQ+ colleagues, embedding LGBTQ+ inclusion in our policies and workplace culture, and collaborating with external parties to support LGBTQ+ inclusion across our industry. The network has an Executive Sponsor to ensure that the group has a voice on the senior leadership team and can get the support required.
