What will you be responsible for?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to:

  • Participate in routine and non-routine HPLC testing of manufacturing and small-scale development material, following all relevant SOPs.
  • Maintain HPLC systems to a high standard and troubleshoot system issues as required.
  • Operate as an integral part of the Process Sciences team, performing varied technical duties.
  • Review and trend test results.
  • Run and troubleshoot various pharmaceutical unit operations at small scale.
  • Participate in daily Technical meetings, communicating testing progress, deviations, and updates effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all quality requirements within the department on a daily basis.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot equipment/experimental issues.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness to maintain department compliance.
  • Collaborate by sharing your skills and expertise with others.
  • Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives in lab.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's Global Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, regulatory requirements, including accurate record maintenance.
