Primary job responsibilities include:

The Student Role is a learning‑oriented position designed for students who want to gain hands‑on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) within a global enterprise environment. The role provides exposure to multiple ITSM processes and supports day‑to‑day ITSM governance and operations.

• Support ITSM performance reporting through dashboards, metrics, and data analysis

• Assist with monitoring ITSM process adherence and overall data quality

• Support multiple ITSM processes (such as Incident, Problem, Change), including backlog clean‑up and follow‑up on older or incomplete records

• Work with the ITSM Governance team to understand global standards and governance practices

• Help to create and maintain ITSM process documentation

• Support training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities

What will you learn:

• Practical understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) in a global organization

• How enterprise tools such as ServiceNow are used to support IT operations

• How to analyze ITSM data, improve data quality, and support reporting

• How ITSM governance works and how processes are applied globally across teams

• How to collaborate with IT professionals, suppliers, and leadership

• Foundational skills in process documentation, communication, and continuous improvement

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Currently pursuing a BSc degree (or equivalent), ideally in IT, Information Systems, or a related field

• Interest in IT Operations and IT Service Management, with a strong willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a global team

What should you know / nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of the ITIL framework or interest in learning ITSM concepts (ITIL Foundation is a plus)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication skills in English
