The Position
To achieve the sales objectives of Women's Health products focusing on growing the business in standalone hospitals, corporate chains & standalone clinics through efficient Key account management, product promotion, networking and relationship building
Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
Achieve quarterly sales target, monitored monthly.
Maintain and grow business in existing accounts
Identify new business opportunities with individual accounts and corporate chains accounts,
Ensure effective implementation of marketing/ promotion activities in the assigned geography
Provide sales forecast on a real time basis for the territories assigned, and achieve set targets on quarterly basis, monitored monthly
Drive key account management, through mapping of stakeholders and developing strong connect with Procurement Head, purchase team, Hospital Leadership Team, and Key Opinion Leaders at corporate chains/standalone centers.
Ensure inclusion and annual renewal of the Organon Products in the hospital formulary and establish a suitable and sustainable product supply channel
Ensure success of newly launched products (not limited to women's health care products) through:
Identifying the right customer segments.
Implementing company strategy effectively
Driving sales performance to meet or exceed expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and manage the relationship network with HCPs, and Distributors, and build and maintain a positive image for Organon to ensure achievement of sales objectives and facilitate efficient sales operations
Organize Market shaping activities, through conducting of scientific meetings at a Local/Regional Level with the HCPs to increase awareness of Organon Products to improve patient outcome
Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character, and always represents the company with the highest professional standards
Administrative Responsibilities:
Completes administrative requirements on time and accurately.
Ensure clear understanding of the use of the company CRM systems and maintain updates in a timely manner.
Ensure timely submission of reports, presentations and forecasts as directed by the company
Attend and participate in relevant professional meetings and ensure you demonstrate Organon Values during the meeting.
Be well versed in relevant computer skills including but not limited to MS Office
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Strong Track record in healthcare sales with an entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
At least 5+ years of sales / key account management/ business development experience in the healthcare industry
Experience in independently managing end to end key accounts for large corporates, effectively coordinating with all stakeholder functions including Purchase, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Administration, and any other internal/external departments involved in the client lifecycles.
Proven track record in developing Key Opinion Leaders across multiple specialties Women's Health/Dermatology space is an added advantage, ·
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility, willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with travel requirements at least 70% - 80% of the time beyond the head quarter of work Adhere
and demonstrate Organon values and Leadership behaviors.
Flexible to relocate and stay mobile to support critical business priorities
