Manager AI Innovation & Deployment for Segmentation

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the Data Science Framework to ensure AI readiness, scalability, and performance
  • Define architecture standards, code quality guidelines, and technical best practices
  • Act as the technical lead for Data Governance, Data Privacy, and Compliance topics
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new AI, data science, and MLOps technologies
  • Design and manage model deployment pipelines and oversee AI product releases
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of consumer segmentation solutions
  • Partner with Consumer Segmentation and CDP Product teams to prioritize and deliver the development roadmap
  • Lead backlog management, feature enhancements, bug fixing, and production support activities
  • Coordinate technical releases across markets and ensure smooth deployment processes
  • Manage contractors and technical documentation, while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and code version control

Skills & Capabilities

  • 7-10 years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong expertise in MLOps, AI/ML deployment environments, and cloud platforms
  • Experience leading technical teams, vendors, or external partners
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Solid knowledge of databases and data modelling (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Understanding of data science methodologies and statistical concepts
  • Strong technical and systems architecture mindset
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable data and AI solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking with a strong problem-solving mindset
