Manager Analytics Projects & Delivery

What you'll do

  • Building new Power BI reports, evolving existing ones with new features/measures, and resolving bugs raised by business users
  • Translating raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations
  • Working directly with business partners to capture, challenge, and refine reporting needs; translating them into technical specs (BRDs, user stories)
  • Scoping work, estimating effort, and sequencing deliverables in line with cluster priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Tuning SQL queries, DAX measures, Power Query steps, and semantic models to improve refresh times and end-user responsiveness
  • Collaborate closely with business, IT, and analytics teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex analytics and AI concepts into actionable insights
  • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, ensuring effective delivery, capability development, and performance management

 

Skills & Capabilities

  • Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or other relevant fields 
  • Experience with database technology and querying (ETL/DW, SQL) as well as programming languages (R, Python) is a plus 
  • Advanced expertise in Business Intelligence Reporting with the ability to design, build and deliver clear and insightful reports and dashboard that translate data into meaningful information’s.  
  • Data Visualisation tool is a must (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) 
  • Data quality management and ability to define, monitor and improve data quality by establishing validation rules, metrics and controls for further uses. 
  • Ability to complete a few large projects concurrently and deliver to agreed timescales in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models that structure information effectively 
  • Solid experience with project planning, & change management as well as data storytelling 
  • Working experience in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage

In this position you will earn no less than 17,500 PLN gross monthly.
