WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own and prioritize the Front-End product backlog across Websites, Microsites (JustScan), and DAM
• Manage the development pipeline, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery
• Drive user-centric, high-quality digital experiences through continuous improvement
• Act as the Front-End product expert, balancing value, feasibility, and user impact
• Collaborate with markets, regions, agencies, and deployment teams to define requirements
• Partner with product and technology teams to ensure end-to-end solution excellence
• Leverage understanding of APIs and integrations to support informed product decisions
• Coordinate enhancements, quick wins, and scalable improvements aligned with business goals

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product ownership, analysis, or delivery management
• Ability to drive product decisions in complex, global environments
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, UX/UI, APIs, and development processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
• Product-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering user-centric outcomes
