WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create and maintain suitable production schedules for the short-term horizon to ensure customer demand is fulfilled and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to support an efficient business environment.
• Act as a single point of contact between PMI Supply Chain and the Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
• Coordinate feasibility studies on urgent customer and market requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Develop a detailed understanding of manufacturing and supply chain constraints and capabilities, providing regular feedback to support tactical and strategic discussions.
• Monitor performance and ensure regular reviews with the relevant business service provider.
• Manage the third-party operator planning department.
• Manage LOGD activities, including material stock, depletion plans, BUBD materials, end-of-life projects, phase-in and phase-out processes, monthly reporting, and mitigation planning.

 

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience in MRP, supply, capacity or production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management. Demand planning experience is a plus.
• Proficient English with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or other relevant MRP solutions.
• Good understanding of MRP fundamentals, production planning, and scheduling. Experience managing material planning master data, systems, and process inputs and outputs.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Manufacturing background is an asset.
