What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Command Center capabilities
  • Own the delivery of data products, semantic models, and cross-system data capabilities
  • Lead the integration of core business platforms, including SAP, TMS, WMS, Coupa, and other enterprise applications
  • Manage dependencies across value streams, mitigating risks and ensuring delivery readiness
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product priorities and outcomes
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and data insights
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead Agile product development, driving iterative delivery and continuous improvement.Monitor product performance and leverage metrics and user feedback to optimize outcomes
  • Act as the key link between business, technology, and end users, ensuring successful product adoption
  • Drive governance, quality, and operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data / Information Systems, Supply Chain or related 
  • Data-platform, cloud or delivery certifications (e.g., Snowflake, SAP, Azure, PMP / SAFe) - nice to have 8+ years in enterprise data-platform, digital or core-system delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven delivery of governed data products and/or core-system capability (SAP, cloud data platforms, integration) from requirement to production
  • Track record orchestrating across business, enterprise IT and data/analytics functions & holding external delivery partners / SIs accountable
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations transformation - strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating without formal authority: influences, sequences and unblocks across organizational lines
  • Exposure to value-based / outcome-based delivery models - an advantage
