Philip Morris International is looking for Regional Supervisor in Commercial Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory development plans aligned with regional business strategy
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the deployment team to achieve strong and sustainable results
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance against defined objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ensure effective coverage and segmentation within the territory
  • Plan and coordinate trade activities and initiatives
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently (budget, POSM, etc.) to maximize impact
  • Ensure proper product display and adherence to merchandising standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
  • Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance analysis
  • Achieving top-level performance and productivity from the team
  • Ensuring effective planning and execution of territory development activities
  • Building strong, result-oriented partnerships with business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (will be considered an advantage)
  • 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in sales operations and consistent performance delivery (will be considered an advantage)
  • Georgian (fluent), English (proficient)

  • Analytical mindset
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
