The Opportunity

Location: London
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, working five days across Monday to Sunday 

Mission

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Ambassador to join our Puig retail team in various locationd across London.As Brand Ambassador, you will achieve sales targets while promoting our brands and delivering a unique and memorable experience to every customer. You will anticipate customers’ needs, exceed their expectations and help them discover products that are right for them.You will also play an important role in increasing brand awareness, building customer loyalty and maintaining the standards expected by both Puig and the retail partner where you are based.At Puig, retail is more than a job. • Achieve individual and account sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• An enthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goals.
• A genuine love of people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledge.
• A keen interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and current market trends.
• Passion for Puig’s products, brands and customer experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and anticipate individual needs.
• The confidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiences.
• Flexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday.
