The Opportunity

Location: Barcelona

1 year contract

We are looking for a CH Licence Graduate to join the Carolina Herrera Licensing team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Licence Manager, you will support the execution of the eyewear go-to-market strategy across key markets, contributing to commercial analysis, marketing activations and cross-functional projects.

What you'll get to do

Support license manager on implementing the go to go market focusing on key markets for the eyewear category:

  • Report analysis:
    • Quarterly report analysis
    • Analysis of yearly product and distribution reports
    • Benchmark analysis
  • Support on marketing strategy implementation and project deadlines for the following:
    • Distribution:
      • Study E-tailers offer and benchmark study
      • Follow up with the team on retail objectives
    • Retail: Follow up with the retail team on projects for:
      • Permanent space
      • Temporary retail materials
      • Travel retail
      • Store check
      • In store benchmark analysis
    • Digital:
      • Follow up new collection orders and online launch
    • Media:
      • Follow up media plan implementation
      • Talk to the different team (digital, communication) to make sure they have everything they need
    • PR& Communication:
      • Eyewear advertising campaign: coordination with communication team to respect timings, payments, and deliveries
      • Help with event coordination, gifting, and other PR tasks
      • Local seminar organization
    • Product:
      • Benchmark analysis (design, shapes, trends, logo use)

Casa Herrera:

  • Support manager on brand presentation (Board, Fashion quarterly, Brand review)
  • Follow up Casa Herrera projects (PDH, Dammam):
    • Orders
    • Sell out

  • Possesses a genuine sensitivity to fashion, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ease in engaging with others and building strong relationships
