Within Rabanne, you will join a bold and forward-thinking fragrance team based in Paris, contributing to the development of one of the most distinctive brands in the prestige beauty landscape.
Reporting to a Group Product Manager, this role is central to driving innovation and delivering impactful global launches that reflect Rabanne’s disruptive spirit and strong creative identity.
You will work across the full product lifecycle, from early concept creation to international launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and top-tier creative partners in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Marketing & Product Development
Conduct market, consumer, and trend analysis, as well as competitive benchmarking, to identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio development.
Contribute to the creation of new fragrance launches, including concept research, storytelling, naming, packaging ideas, and visual moodboards.
Coordinate with creative and design agencies on mock-ups, visuals, and packaging development, ensuring brand consistency.
Support the full innovation process from concept to launch, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Communication, PR, Digital, E-retail, POS, Training, Activation, and Commercial teams).
Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution and on-time launches.
Campaign & Content Development
Participate in the creation of clear and inspiring briefs for agencies, production companies, and external creative partners.
Follow up on campaign content development, including photo shoots and visual assets, from preparation through post-production.
Manage campaign adaptations, optimizations, and retouching across markets and channels.
Ensure alignment with brand strategy, project planning, and launch calendars.
Experience
Relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Brand Management, ideally within fragrances, beauty, luxury, or fashion.
Education
University degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Design.
Languages
Fluent English is required.
French is a strong plus.
