The Opportunity

Join the Brands HR team and take an active role in recruiting the next generation of talent for Puig’s Prestige and Niche brands. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle, while working closely with HR teams, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

What you'll get to do

Recruitment & Intern/Apprentice Experience – 75%

  • You will help attract, engage, and recruit interns and apprentices for our Prestige and Niche brands.
  • You will draft and publish job postings and build effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talent.
  • You will screen applications, conduct recruitment interviews, and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates.
  • You will deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • You will manage key administrative steps related to intern and apprentice recruitment, including internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, digital onboarding, and OPCO invoicing.
  • You will support internship follow-up meetings and group feedback sessions.
  • You will help organize company events and social moments for interns and apprentices.
  • You will coordinate group recruitment sessions and contribute to improving the overall recruitment journey.
  • As a true member of the team, you will collaborate closely with managers, HR stakeholders, candidates, schools, and external partners.

HR Projects – 25%

  • You will contribute to a variety of HR projects linked to employee engagement, communication, training, and talent development.
  • You will support the rollout of internal communication campaigns.
  • You will monitor the completion of mandatory training courses.
  • You will help build talent pools for future recruitment needs.
  • You will contribute ideas to improve our HR processes and ways of working.
  • This list is not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the Brands HR team’s priorities.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • You have already completed a first successful internship in recruitment or HR.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, methodical, proactive, and comfortable managing several topics at once.
  • You enjoy building relationships and providing a great experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • You are curious about the luxury, beauty, and cosmetics industry.
