We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive our vision and strategy in audio, image and video transformation for our customers. You'll own the roadmap and the day-to-day product decisions focused on how we continue to support multi-media formats (alongside our extensive knowledge and experience in language localization) into our AI/agentic content orchestration platforms. The role will also be involved in optimizing our existing AI-dubbing capabilities across global markets.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you'll be a critical individual contributor within the Transform Product Management team (currently c.12 Product Managers) and will work hands-on with Engineering, AI Research and go-to-market teams to run discovery and ship capabilities for our global customer base.

This is a remote role, with occasional travel to RWS offices, customers and events.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, turning portfolio strategy into a clear, prioritized plan for the next two to four quarters that Engineering and GTM can plan against.

• Work day-to-day with Engineering, AI Research and UX teams - refinement, sprint planning, trade-off decisions and release readiness - to deliver predictable, high-quality releases.

• Run continuous discovery with customers and prospects: interviews, win/loss reviews, support themes and product usage data, to validate problems before committing to solutions.

• Own packaging and deployment decisions across cloud, private cloud and on-premise/air-gapped options, balancing customer requirements against engineering and operational cost.

• Define and track success measures and evals for the product - adoption, translation quality, performance, cost and retention - and act on what the data shows.

• Support go-to-market as the product expert: launch plans, release notes, sales enablement, pricing input, and joining customer, partner and analyst conversations.

• Stay close to developments in LLMs and agentic AI, and make clear recommendations on where the product should adopt them.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in Product Management experience - in fast-paced and agile environments.

• Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS or enterprise software; MCP and headless experience is a strong plus.

• Comfortable owning a technical product - able to hold your own with engineers on architecture, performance and trade-off discussions.

• Strong discovery skills: getting in front of customers, identifying the real problem, and having the discipline to say no to the rest.

• Clear, concise written communication - roadmaps, requirements and updates people can act on without needing a meeting.

• Data-literate: comfortable with product analytics, experimentation and simple commercial models to support decisions.

• Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based products and what it takes to take them from prototype to production.

• Experience of media workflows and associated multimedia content localization will be a strong advantage.
