The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.

You’ll conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help train, develop, and motivate the team, while also assisting with planning and organisation. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll occasionally support with cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.

What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment
  • Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
