IT Assistant IT | AV | Cinema Operations

We are looking for a hands-on IT Assistant to support the Club’s day-to-day technology requirements and deliver seamless technical support to members, guests and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and service engineers.
• Support IT equipment, software installations, upgrades and asset management.
• Operate and support Cinema, projection and AV equipment for screenings, events and presentations.
• Assist members and clients with technical and presentation requirements.
• Coordinate external AV/IT vendors and contractors.
• Ensure IT and Cinema areas are safe, clean, maintained and ready for use.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, hands-on and willing to learn.
• Exposure to AV, Cinema or event technology is an advantage.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
