At Soho House, as a Lead Therapist, you will oversee the daily operations of the therapy team, ensuring the highest standards of client care and service excellence. You will lead by example, providing expert treatments while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to deliver an exceptional wellness experience for our members and guests.

Key duties…

  • Deliver a range of high-quality therapeutic treatments consistent with the club’s standards and member preferences
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior therapists, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to protocols
  • Manage daily treatment schedules, ensuring optimal team productivity and member satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new therapies, products, and industry trends to enhance service offerings
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health safety, and licensing regulations at all times
  • Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with Spa Manager and other departments to coordinate wellness events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage stock levels of therapy products and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Lead regular team meetings to foster communication, motivation, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in line with confidentiality policies

What we are looking for...

A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

  • Extensive experience as a qualified therapist with a broad range of treatments
  • Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies)
  • Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments
  • Knowledge of spa software and booking systems
  • NVQ levels 2 3 qualified

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
  • Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
