Objetivo del puesto

Es responsable de desarrollar y cumplir el plan comercial de la empresa dentro de su zona asignada (colegios particulares y escuelas oficiales) de los niveles de preescolar, primaria y secundaria, de dar atención y seguimiento a colegios usuarios, así como a prospectos, además del cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas planteados por la empresa.

La estrategia de ubicación(es) respalda la estructura del equipo y se alinea con las necesidades del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

• Ejecutar el plan de visitas a colegios de la zona asignada, identificando oportunidades de negocio y desarrollando estrategias comerciales para su aprovechamiento.

• Cumplir los objetivos y el plan comercial de la empresa, asegurando la ejecución efectiva de cada etapa del proceso de ventas.
• Aplicar el Modelo de Ventas de la empresa con enfoque consultivo, generando relaciones de valor con las instituciones y sus tomadores de decisiones.
•  Planificar actividades en CRM, mantener información actualizada, registrar visitas y capturar datos de mercado, competencia y adopciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales.
• Administrar el inventario de muestras y reportar oportunamente los resultados a la Supervisión y Gerencia de Ventas.
• Gestionar el fondo fijo, comprobar gastos y mantener actualizada la bitácora de automóvil conforme a los lineamientos establecidos.
• Analizar el potencial de crecimiento de la zona, elaborar proyecciones de ventas, identificar cuentas clave, monitorear el desempeño frente a la competencia y presentar resultados e insights comerciales cuando se requiera.
•  Atender a libreros y distribuidores, realizando presentaciones, capacitaciones y actividades de negociación para impulsar la adopción de productos y servicios. 

Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:

Esenciales / Excluyentes

• Licenciatura terminada o trunca
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas preferentemente dentro del giro editorial o farmacéutico o industrias de servicio, ideal experiencia en ventas Consultivas.
• Licencia de conducir vigente
• Manejo de Office
• Planeación y administración del tiempo
• Pensamiento estratégico
• Administración de procesos
• Evaluación constante de sus resultados
• Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
• Habilidad de negociación
