Wealth & Retail Banking Apprentice - India

Our 12 Months Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you real responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to build your skills in a function that helps individuals and businesses grow, manage and protect their wealth.

In Wealth & Retail Banking, we serve millions of clients across some of the world's most dynamic markets. You'll contribute to work that helps us deliver better experiences for our clients, develop innovative products and services, and use data and technology to shape the future of banking.

Throughout the programme, you'll:
• Take ownership of meaningful work that contributes to real client and business priorities
• Build your commercial awareness and understanding of how we serve, support, and build relationships with our clients
• Develop analytical and problem-solving skills by working with data and business information
• Learn how digital tools and technology are shaping the way we deliver products, services and experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams, functions and markets
• Strengthen your communication and stakeholder management skills
• Gain exposure to senior leaders and thought-leadership sessions

Eligibility

To be eligible for this apprenticeship programme, you need to have graduated from college in 2026.
