Senior Manager, DQ Strategy and Change

Key Responsibilities

• Design and contribute to the implementation of the Bank wide DQ by Design Model
• Work with CDO, DQ Engagement, Business & Functions as well 2LoD teams across the Bank to streamline, simplify and automate DQ and compliance monitoring
• Determine current DQ approaches, mechanisms and tooling capabilities and then drive standardisation where feasible with aim of full automation from execution to reporting
• Work with relevant technology and business partners on standardizing and automating DQ MIs including data sourcing
• Lead the design and roll out of relevant DQ training and tools (e.g. DQ Chatbot) to targeted stakeholder groups
• Explore opportunities for closer alignment and simplification between Data Quality Risk Management, Operational Risk processes,
self-assessments and various other DQ related processes that exist in the Bank
• Explore opportunities for advancing Data Quality Management Framework implementation for the new and existing critical processes with the aim of minimising cost and resources.

Risk Management
• Ensure effective design of Data Quality framework and processes to support DQ risk management activities within first line teams
as well to meet all other relevant obligations under the Data Quality Management Policy

• Follow Group's values and code of conduct to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with
relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture.
• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across
Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
