📝Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign to design and build emails, push notifications and SMS
Day to day production and delivery of communications including initial briefs, targeting and data selection, programming campaigns, and sharing results back with team Development and analysis of test and learn strategies to optimise communications effective
Support CRM managers to become more effective in their CRM campaigns with a strong focus on understanding the customer content optimisation and highly targeted data for activating CRM campaigns
Managing the scheduling and deployment of campaigns and member programmes across members and non-members
Sees every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to brighten their day
Discover new ways to work that put a smile on our customers and team members faces, making every shopping experience delightful
Be 'The Best You' using positive language and behaviours with customers and team members
Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform
Actively developing your ability to use AI effectively and think critically about outputs
Strengthen Human Touch - Keeping the human element strong: Balancing AI efficiency with human coaching, empathy, and team cohesion
What you'll need to succeed;
Ideally 2+ years of relevant CRM experience
Significant and relevant experience of using Adobe Campaign is key to this role
Familiar with SQL, HTML and Java Script
Ability to organise, analyse and evaluate campaign metrics and translate these into useful insight
Committed to join in, have some fun and celebrate everyone's hard work
Builds great working relationships based on trust, respect and considers other's needs
Regularly asks for feedback and uses it to improve and grow
Breaks down problems into smaller, manageable steps for easier resolution
