📍Location: Northampton HUB (Online Pharmacy - Non customer facing role)
🕒Hours: 18 hours per week - Saturdays & Sundays only.
💷Salary: £15.15 per hour for Dispensers / Up to £13.95 per hour for Trainee pharmacy assistants

🩺 What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising

👩‍⚕️ We're Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required - just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
