📍 Location(s):  Bitterne, Woolston, Romsey & Fareham 
🕒 Hours:  36 hours per week - including Saturdays
💷 Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE (based on 45 hours/week)

Shift Pattern This role operates on a 2-week rota across multiple store locations:
Week 1:
Monday & Tuesday - Bitterne
Wednesday & Saturday - Woolston
Week 2:
Monday - Romsey
Tuesday & Saturday - Bitterne
Wednesday - Fareham

🩺 What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting multiple pharmacy teams to deliver outstanding service
• Ensuring stock control, operational standards, and GPhC compliance
• Inspiring teams to exceed targets and deliver "That Superdrug feeling!"
• Working closely with your Regional Healthcare Manager for coaching and support

👩‍⚕️ We're Looking For:

• GPhC-qualified pharmacists - newly qualified welcome!
• Preferably with community pharmacy experience
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
• Commercially aware with an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
• Ideally with a full driving licence to cover multiple stores
