Bist du an Chemie und Physik interessiert? In der Ausbildung zum Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d) lernst du die notwendigen Beschichtungsverfahren zur chemischen und elektrochemischen Abscheidung von Metallen und Legierungen. Außerdem werden dir die mechanischen, chemischen und elektrochemischen Verfahren zur Vor- und Nachbehandlung verschiedener beschichteter oder unbeschichteter Rohmaterialien vermittelt.

Du sorgst dafür, dass die Beschichtungsanlagen gewartet werden und in Betrieb sind. Sollten Fehler bei den Maschinen auftreten, wirst du diese dann selbstständig suchen und beheben.

Als Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d) wirst du außerdem die fertigen beschichteten Teile technisch und optisch prüfen.

Durch stetiges Anpassen der Prozessparameter trägst du auch immer zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Stabilität unserer Produkte bei. 

Job Requirements

Du brauchst:

Qualifizierter Hauptschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife oder Abitur

Gute Chemie- und Physikkenntnisse, technisches und logisches Verständnis, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
