Job Requirements

• Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT‑Betriebs inkl. 1st/2nd‑Level‑Support
• Steuerung von Incident-, Problem- und Serviceprozessen
• Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit und Backups
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT‑Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Security)
• Planung und Umsetzung von System‑Rollouts und Infrastrukturprojekten
• IT‑Asset‑ und Lifecycle‑Management
• Aufbau und Pflege von IT‑Dokumentation und Notfallkonzepten
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern

What your background should look like

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT‑Umfeld
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT‑Betrieb / IT‑Infrastruktur
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Client‑Management und Netzwerken
• Erfahrung in IT‑Security, Backup‑ und Berechtigungskonzepten
• Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse
