As a Tender Management Intern, you will support the team in coordinating customer tender processes and preparing tender documentation. You will help collect and organize information, update spreadsheets and systems, and assist with data analysis, including profitability reviews. Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Tender Manager in the effective preparation and execution of the tender process.
  • Following-up actions - Progress chasing on behalf of the Tender Manager.
  • Supporting Profitability analysis with system cost information.
  • Drafting of submission documentation - to be reviewed / approved by the Tender Manager.
  • Monitoring approval chain completeness to support the Tender Manager.
  • Organising documentation structure in support of the Tender Manager.

Your ideal background:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work with basic formulas and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in learning about business operations, tender management, and how different functions work together in a global organization.
  • Motivated to gain international experience and start a career in a dynamic business environment.
