About the Program

The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is an accelerated development program designed for high-potential early-career professionals. Through a series of cross-functional rotations, participants gain hands-on experience across Operations and Engineering, develop business and leadership skills, and build the foundation for future leadership opportunities. 
Your first rotation will be within our Operations function, where you will work on real business challenges, collaborate with experienced leaders, and contribute to initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction. 
This is not a shadowing program. From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful work, use data to solve problems, and help deliver measurable business results. 

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to projects that improve operational performance, quality, supply chain effectiveness, and manufacturing excellence.
  • Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Support initiatives focused on safety, quality, supply chain, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and help implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead or support projects that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • Present recommendations, project outcomes, and key insights to operational and business leaders. 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a highly regarded university in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing , or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, or another business-related environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Interest in developing leadership capabilities within a global manufacturing organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas and recommendations.
  • Fluent English is a must
