Job Description

Join our team of dedicated Field Service Engineers and contribute to delivering exceptional service for sophisticated analytical and scientific instruments. Working with customers across research, industrial, and healthcare environments, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while providing outstanding customer service.

This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies while contributing to scientific advancement and innovation. We are specifically looking for an individual to support a range of analytical instruments within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division, primarily HPLC, IC (Ion Chromatography), and GC/GC-MS, while delivering customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.

The role covers the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Denmark and Southern Sweden.

Job Requirements

  • Professional background in Electronics, Chemistry, or as a Laboratory Technician.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, preferably HPLC, IC, GC, and/or MS.
  • Experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent experience as an Application Specialist is an advantage.
  • Experience working in research laboratories or similar environments is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels, functions, and regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is desirable but not required.
  • Good understanding of Scandinavian culture is an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50–75% within the assigned territory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within the team.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Ability to respond to customer needs at short notice.
  • Ability to effectively train and support customers in the operation of analytical equipment.
