In this role, you will be based on the territory Instrument technical sales, delivering successful customer experiences and driving outstanding sales performance. You will develop the manage key account, and leading the Big-deal opportunity business in the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading key accounts to deliver exceptional value and outstanding customer experiences

  • Fully understanding insight run-rate and Instrument business in life science market

  • Requires high-level demonstration for manipulation instrument and presentation skill

  • Keeps management advised by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field

  • Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and Academic/functional experience. Ph.D’s degree will be advantageous.

  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of successful instrument sales experience.  

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related scientific field.

  • Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines. 

  • Utilize proven organizational skills to successfully manage territory sales activities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% within assigned territory

  • Open-minded and possess positive attitude
