DESCRIPTION:
Join our professional team as a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to contribute to optimizing transportation networks. You will be responsible for managing outbound warehouse shipments while balancing service excellence with cost efficiency. Working with the transportation management team and Global Transportation Group, you will develop and execute transportation strategies that enhance operational effectiveness.

In this role, you will design and optimize road/air networks, negotiate with carriers, work with distribution partners, and implement process improvements across all transportation modes. You will collaborate with internal partners to create efficient customer focused strategies and develop optimal cost-effective solutions. Your expertise in managing dangerous goods and multi-modal transportation networks will contribute directly to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience in transport/logistics management, preferably with shipper, carrier, or consulting background
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics, Economics, or Finance
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-modal transportation networks across diverse markets

• Knowledge of Parcel, LTL, TL and Dedicated Fleet networks
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills for carrier rate management and cost optimization
• Excellence in project management and ability to implement process improvements

• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Advanced organizational skills with ability to manage changing priorities in a matrix environment
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in dangerous goods management and DOT compliance
• Demonstrated ability to analyze transportation metrics and implement data-driven solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
