  • Develop or review statistical analysis plans and support the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of study results.
  • Collaborate with clinical, data management, programming, and regulatory teams to support study quality and timely deliverables.
  • Explain statistical methods and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide statistical consulting and leadership across project work.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to team development.

What you’ll bring

  • An advanced degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in clinical trial design, analysis, and reporting.
  • A degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS or R.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methodology and clinical research principles.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and familiarity with FDA guidance.
  • Experience with clinical data standards; CDISC experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, provide statistical consulting, and mentor colleagues.
