DESCRIPTION:
As a program leader, you'll coordinate multi-disciplinary programs that directly impact scientific advancement and customer success. You'll manage strategic programs built from a combination of project and commercial requirements. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in leading significant programs that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

In this position, you'll oversee multi-project programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels. You'll identify and address risks while promoting accountability across the organization. Your strategic approach and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in life sciences/analytical instruments industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product development projects through full lifecycle
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices (Agile, Stage-Gate, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment and influence within matrix organization
• Ability and confidence to communicate with an executive audience

  • Proven ability to influence indirect reports to achieve required task.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage at all levels
• Experience with project management software (Smartsheets, MySupply, Excel)
• Financial and business understanding for budget management and business case development
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strategic perspective combined with implementation capabilities
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
• Experience with regulated industries (FDA, ISO) preferred
