DESCRIPTION:
Join our innovative R&D team to make a meaningful impact on scientific advancement. As a Scientist III, you will lead technical projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced solutions that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You will design and execute experiments, analyze complex data, resolve technical challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues while working independently on sophisticated research programs that directly impact product development and customer success.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, or Physics
• Demonstrated expertise in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design experiments and interpret complex data
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring colleagues
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to present technical information to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Track record of scientific contributions through publications, presentations or patents preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools
• May require up to 15% travel
• English language proficiency required, additional languages beneficial
