DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as a Supervisor, Account Management and contribute to business growth and customer success. You'll support and develop a capable sales team while implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. In this position, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate across teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You'll analyze market trends, track competitive intelligence, and develop data-driven strategies to expand market coverage. This role provides an opportunity to work with industry-leading brands while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters Degree plus 5 years of sales experience in life science, laboratory, or related industries
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Science, Biology, or Life Sciences
• Additional relevant certifications in business or technical fields are valued
• 2-3 years of team leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Strong technical knowledge of laboratory products, workflows, and applications
• Proficiency in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-focused approach with ability to manage priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills may be needed based on role requirements
• Experience in tender bidding and contract negotiations
• Ability to work effectively across teams and in matrix and challenging environments
