DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where you'll contribute to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle, handling administration, order management, quotations, and master data maintenance. Working in a diverse environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. This role offers professional development opportunities while contributing to groundbreaking scientific advances.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a back-office, administrative, customer service. Scheduling, coordination, or office environment is preferred but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information.

  • Comfortable working primarily through email, computer systems, and digital communication tools.

  • Ability to work independently and make progress in situations where processes may not always be fully defined.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Initiative-taking approach with willingness to ask questions, learn new processes, and take ownership of assigned requests.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify when additional support or escalation is needed.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, ticketing, or service management systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with regular computer use.
