The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? WTW’s Finance function is looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst fluent in Italian to join our Global Finance Analytics Centre of Expertise (GFA CoE) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive business value and become a trusted advisor, partnering closely with Business Finance teams and our global GFA CoE team.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Your expertise and experience will be key in driving our financial strategy and success:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or another quantitative field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional Experience: 1-3 years as a Financial Analyst working within FP&A/Commercial Finance (or similar) teams for a multinational organisation.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and experience with FP&A and Business Intelligence applications (Hyperion Planning / ePBCs, Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Languages: English and Italian are essential for this position. Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a data-driven, analytical approach.
• Growth mindset: Be open for new challenges and willing to undertake additional responsibilities. Take initiative and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a global team across geographies.
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making is highly desirable. 
• Candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to AI-enabled productivity or automation solutions within a Finance or business environment
