Celebrating outstanding workplace inclusion at the Employee Network Awards 2025

October 3, 2025

The 2025 Employee Network Awards, headlined by Haleon, took place on October 1, 2025, at the London Hilton on Park Lane, celebrating the remarkable work of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the individuals driving diversity, equity, and inclusion across UK workplaces. Hosted by Dawn Butler MP, the evening recognized networks, leaders, and sponsors making a real difference.

Centrica’s + Network won Best Network Initiative of the Year for its pioneering Transgender Inclusion Policy, while Nina Goswami from Clifford Chance was named Network Inspirational Role Model of the Year for championing cultural change across the legal profession. Other winners included the University of Wolverhampton’s Disabled Staff Network, EDF (UK)’s Young Professionals Network, Sky UK’s Parents & Carers@Sky, Entain’s BeYou@Entain, Virgin Media O2’s Enrich Network, Heathrow Airport’s Altitude Network, and HSBC Innovation Banking UK’s Well-being Employee Resource Group.

Leadership and sponsorship were also celebrated, with Luke Martin & Rosie Whitfield (Virgin Media O2) winning Outstanding Network Lead, Jacquline Alcindor (L&G) named Outstanding Executive Sponsor, and Tiernan Brady (Clifford Chance) honored as Head of Diversity of the Year.

The highlight of the evening was the Network of Networks award, sponsored by HSBC Innovation Banking, which recognizes the overall winner among the category champions. This year it went to Everywhen’s Menopause & Menstruation Support Group for its outstanding impact in creating inclusive workplaces for employees at every stage of their working lives, championing well-being, visibility, and support.

“It’s inspiring to see so many networks and individuals pushing for real change,” said Linda Riley, founder of the Employee Network Awards. “Their creativity, dedication, and leadership show that supporting employees makes workplaces stronger, fairer, and more innovative.”
