ABB Germany recognised again as Pride Champion in Gold

ABB Germany has once again been recognised as a Pride Champion in Gold, achieving nearly 90 per cent in the Pride Index reflecting consistent progress and well-established practices in LGBTQIA+ inclusion. The results highlighted strong performance in areas such as training and awareness, communication and visibility, and advocacy and events, demonstrating a sustained commitment to building an inclusive working environment.

The result places ABB among the leading organisations in Germany in creating an inclusive workplace.

The Pride Index evaluates companies on their efforts to support the LGBTQIA+ community, including policies, networks, and concrete initiatives that promote diversity and equal opportunities. The strong score achieved by ABB highlights how inclusion is embedded in everyday practices, supported by clear values and a commitment to respect and equal opportunity for all employees.
