Key Findings

One of the most pressing questions posed to participants was which aspect of LGBTQ+ history they would like to see highlighted more. The results showed that 46% of respondents felt that global LGBTQ+ movements deserved more recognition, while 27% selected intersectional minority groups. This highlights a need for greater awareness and representation of diverse experiences within the LGBTQ+ community.

When asked about factors contributing to low productivity, a significant 46% reported feeling overwhelmed, while 27% cited distractions as a major hurdle. Understanding these challenges can help organizations create environments that support mental health and productivity.

Awareness of neurodiversity has been growing, with 78% of respondents indicating they know a lot or some things. However, there is still room for improvement as indicated by the 9% of respondents who felt they knew very little.

Participation in mentorship programs showed promising interest, with 68% of respondents expressing a desire to become mentors. However, challenges such as legal obstacles and social stigma faced by LGBTQ+ parents were also highlighted, suggesting a need for targeted support in these areas.

The representation of lesbian, bisexual women, and non-binary individuals in mainstream media was addressed, with 74% of participants indicating that more representation is needed. This reflects a critical area for advocacy and change.

Respondents identified various self-care practices with the most positive impact on their self-esteem; 46% chose exercise, followed by 31% for mindfulness.
