Archbishop aims to champion diversity and inclusion within church in Wales

Archbishop Cherry Vann has pledged to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion, celebrating the richness of perspectives within the church and wider community. As the first woman and first openly LGBTQ+ individual to lead the Church, Archbishop Vann's appointment signals a significant step towards embracing the diversity of its members.

Archbishop Vann emphasized her commitment to representing the "diversity around the world and in our communities."
