This award celebrates our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion, equity, and belonging - not just in our policies, but in the way we work, design, and show up for each other every day.
From embedding inclusion into our project decisions, to ground-breaking research like queering public spaces, delivering community engagement projects such as the National Transgender Monument, to championing our people and allies - we’re shaping a future where everyone belongs.
