Arup’s Equity Programmes have been recognised at the CIPD People Management Awards, receiving the Best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative award.

The recognition reflects Arup’s ongoing commitment to creating more equitable opportunities for career growth and development across their organisation.

Built on a simple principle that lasting change requires investment in both people and leadership, the programmes bring together colleagues, line managers and senior leaders to strengthen inclusive leadership, support career development and help inform wider organisational improvements.
