Pride Gardening Day – Monday 24 June

In collaboration with Man Group - The objective of this beautiful garden day is to make the space at our property cleaner and brighter for our residents. We are flexible with the garden day, however, we typically encourage planting of flowers/seeds , building of outdoor furniture and tidying of soil.

Spin with Pride for Mental Health UK - Wednesday 26 June and Thursday 27 June

In celebration of Pride month and participation with the Move for Mental Health campaign, the LGBTQ+ Pride London Chapter invites you to “Spin with Pride for Mental Health UK”, a fun spinning class designed to raise funds for MHUK while enjoying the ultimate playlist of LGBTQ+ anthems.

London Pride March - Saturday 29 June

Bank of America has secured 50 places at this year’s London Pride parade. Please email if you would like to march with us. As we understand the importance of participating with a partner or loved one, please specify if you would like to bring yours along.

Join us on June 20 for "Allyship is a Verb"

Part of our Pride Month celebration at Bank of America includes Ally Week to honor the tremendous support from thousands of ally teammates. This year, we'll recognize Ally Week from June 17 to 21, including our integrated panel discussion: "Allyship is a Verb"

What does being an ally mean? It includes taking action to challenge discrimination, prejudice and inequalities and working toward creating a more supportive and affirming environment for all people. We're partnering with our teammates with Black Professional Group (BPG), Parents & Caregivers Network (PCN), Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA), Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development (LEAD) for Women and Native American Professional Network (NAPN).

Global Policy Advisory Executive Mary Obasi and Out & Equal CEO Erin Uritus will open the conversation, which will help build understanding of what it means to be an ally across many parts of our identities, including but not limited to gender, race, ethnicity and parent/caregiver status. You will leave this discussion with easy, actionable things you can do every day to be active allies to those around you.

Ally Week | June 17–21

We celebrate Ally Week in recognition of our allies who help make Bank of America a Great Place to Work for LGBTQ+ teammates. Our LGTBQ+ Pride roots go back to the 1980’s when we established the first known HR policies for managing AIDS in the workplace. The bank formed the first Gay and Lesbian employee resource group in the early 1990s. Today, our LGBTQ+ Pride network has grown to more than 41,000 allies and out-at-work teammates. We rely on you to help us continue to grow and further engage allies, teammates and organizations. Help us add allies by bringing one more. A strong visible ally community is critical to creating an inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ colleagues. Anyone can become an ally. It’s our responsibility to reflect the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace by promoting a safe and supportive work environment for LGBTQ+ employees.
