The British Diversity Awards have officially opened the call for nominations for their next ceremony, set to honor individuals and organizations committed to championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the UK.
Now in its fourth year, the prestigious event will take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. This year’s ceremony will be hosted by prominent DEI advocates June Sarpong OBE and Dr. Ranj Singh, renowned for their work in social equality and inclusive healthcare, respectively.
The British Diversity Awards aim to celebrate those who dedicate their efforts to fostering inclusive workplaces and communities, especially amid rising levels of intolerance and discrimination. By bringing together businesses, charities, and individuals dedicated to leveling the playing field, the awards serve as a beacon of hope and progress in the fight for equal opportunities and respect for all.
Nominees may enter across a variety of categories that highlight diverse contributions to DEI, including “Diversity Champion of the Year,” “Social Mobility Initiative of the Year,” “Outstanding LGBTQIA Network of the Year,” and many more. The awards are also designed to recognize DEI initiatives that address intersectional challenges, with categories such as “Diversity in Technology (Disability)” and “Hero of the Year.”
