British Diversity Awards reveals 2025’s winners

The fourth annual British Diversity Awards, headline sponsored by LSEG, celebrated this year’s winners at the prestigious Grosvenor House London on Wednesday 19th March. The evening paid tribute to individuals, teams and organisations leading the way in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), several of which are myGwork’s corporate partners.

EO.N scooped the award for Outstanding LGBTQIA Network of the Year, with GSK highly commended for the same category. Avanade’s Emily Warren won the HR Diversity Champion of the Year Award, and Deutsche Bank’s Prasad Hattikudur took home the Diversity Champion of the Year Award.

“Diversity and inclusion are the foundations of a stronger, more successful society. The British Diversity Awards celebrate the organizations and individuals leading the way in creating a more equal and representative world,” stated Linda Riley, founder of the British Diversity Awards. “It’s been a truly inspirational night.”

Hosted by celebrated broadcaster Charlene White and TV personality Dr. Ranj Singh, the evening included an empowering keynote speech from June Sarpong OBE and a high-energy performance from Boney M, showcasing the UK’s commitment to inclusion.
