Calling all students and graduates: Take part in our survey to win a share of £250

myGwork is proud to announce the return of the LGBTQ+ Student & Graduate Survey 2025, a unique opportunity for students and graduates to share their perspectives on inclusion, career aspirations, and the challenges facing the next generation of talent. This research will provide employers with crucial insights into what really matters for LGBTQ+ professionals and their allies as they prepare to enter the workforce.

The survey explores how students and graduates feel about inclusion in their place of study or work, the importance of finding meaningful employment, and how these factors shape their job search. It also examines whether the current wave of anti-diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) sentiment is influencing career choices, offering a timely and valuable perspective for organizations committed to building supportive, forward-looking workplaces.

To thank participants for their contribution, myGwork is offering £250 (or local equivalent) in vouchers, which will be distributed among four winners (£100, £75, £50 and £25).

To be eligible for the prize draw, respondents must complete two simple steps:

The LGBTQ+ Student & Graduate Survey closes on 30 November 2025, with winners selected at random shortly afterwards. By completing the survey and registering for WorkFair, students and graduates are not only amplifying their voices but also taking a proactive step towards shaping more inclusive professional environments. WORKFAIR 2025

WorkFair – organized by myGwork – is the world’s largest virtual LGBTQ+ career fair. Taking place on 5 November 2025, it connects students, graduates, and allies with global employers committed to inclusive hiring. Attendees can expect access to job opportunities, workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking with inclusive companies that are actively shaping the future of work. Find out more here.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Users are only eligible for the voucher prize if they complete the myGwork survey. myGwork employees are not eligible to enter this competition. Each user may only complete the survey once. Any fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification of that user’s entries.

2. Prize Draw

The four winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entries on the 30th of October 2025. To be eligible you need to have completed the survey and registered for WorkFair 2025 here. The winners of the prize draw will receive one voucher each (£100, £75, £50 or £25 or local equivalent). If you have won, myGwork will contact you to notify you of your prize. You will be considered to have won if you claim your prize within one week of receiving notice that you have been selected. myGwork is not liable for failure to receive notification of winning under any circumstances. In the event that a prize isn’t claimed or a winner is disqualified, myGwork will draw at random another winner from the eligible entries.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by myGwork, who retain sole rights to withdraw, refuse, or disqualify entries at discretion. All decisions are final and binding.

4. Rights

myGwork reserves the right to republish and share the name of winners selected from the competition.

5. Terms and Conditions

myGwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond either myGwork’s control. myGwork reserves the right to disqualify anyone in violation of the terms.

6. Disputes

Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved between the two parties in accordance with the terms laid out in these rules.

7. Privacy Agreement

All entry data will be processed in accordance with GDPR rules.

8. Acceptance and Agreement to Rules

By entering this competition, or attempting to enter, the entrant is considered to have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all rules stated herein and is bound by them.
