Celebrating Disability History Month: Empowering inclusion at the BBC

To honour Disability Pride Month, BBC staff share how the organization fosters an inclusive and accessible environment for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent colleagues.

From improving accessible technologies and physical spaces to offering tailored workplace adjustments and inclusive training programs, the BBC actively champions disability inclusion. The BBC’s disability staff network, BBC Ability and BBC Engima for neurodivergent colleagues also plays a key role in amplifying disabled voices and building a community of support, making the BBC a safer, more empowering place for everyone.
