Celebrating International Women’s Day at Fiserv

International Women's Day is a momentous occasion for Fiserv, reflecting our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. This day serves as an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of women within our organisation and the broader community, while also acknowledging the ongoing challenges they face.

This occasion encourages us to advocate for gender equality and emphasise the significance of women's contributions, not only within the financial services sector but across all industries. It aligns with our core values of respect, collaboration, and innovation, motivating us to support initiatives that promote the advancement of women both in the workplace and beyond.

To commemorate International Women’s Day, we have scheduled a series of internal events, including a Global International Women’s Day Panel featuring exceptional women leaders. During this event, we will hear from our Global Executive Lead for the Women’s Impact Network Employee Resource Group, as well as the CEO of Women in Payments, an organisation of which Fiserv is a proud gold member. Additionally, Fiserv in EMEA will be represented at the Women in Payments EMEA Symposium in April, showcasing one award nominee, two panellists, and a number of dedicated members and allies.

In EMEA, we will celebrate International Women’s Day with local site events, including:

• UK: Virtual Bingo, Loose Women Talks, Flash Mob, Fundraisers, and a Donation Drive for our UK Charity Partner, Changing Pathways
• Ireland: Round table discussion with women leaders
• Slovakia: Health and Lifestyle lecture and biographies of Slovakian women who have made a significant impact globally
• Poland: Women’s blog
• Germany: International Day Celebration

Through these activities, we aim to foster a spirit of celebration and solidarity as we honour the achievements of women everywhere.
